Mike is directing several projects with Pond & Co. for Georgia Tech, including the following:
- Sustainable Parking Lot serving the Alumni House and Wardlaw Building - This lot uses bioswales and subsurface detention to treat and detain storm water. Construction is complete on this project
- Fowler Street Streetscape, in the master planning stages, see illustrations below.
- North Avenue Streetscape, master plan, and design, currently under construction.

Visitors Parking Lot located on North Avenue across from Tech Tower. The visitors parking lot makes use of surface infiltration and retention technologies to treat and control storm water.
