Mike directed the master plan for streetscapes for the Virginia
Highland area of Atlanta while with Jordan Jones & Goulding (now
Jacobs).
Virginia Highlands is a circa 1910 commercial neighborhood district
which has been viable since inception and which in recent years has
become a popular place for gathering and shopping with an array of
stores, boutiques, restaurants and bars.
The VA HI streetscape contains the first dedicated on street motorcycle parking in Atlanta, and has become a favorite place to show off a set of nice wheels.
